This Cardholder Policy outlines the responsibilities, protections, and conditions that apply when clients use credit or debit cards to make payments through our services. It is designed to ensure transparency, security, and compliance with BSP Pay Merchant requirements.
All card payments are processed through BSP’s Internet Payment Gateway (IPG), which is PCI‑DSS compliant.
Cardholder data (card numbers, CVV codes, expiry dates) is never stored on our servers.
Transactions are encrypted and transmitted securely to prevent unauthorized access.
Cardholders agree to:
Provide accurate and complete payment information.
Ensure sufficient funds or credit are available before initiating a transaction.
Use only cards that they are legally authorized to use.
Notify their issuing bank immediately in case of unauthorized use or suspected fraud.
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 7 business days of the transaction.
Chargebacks initiated by the cardholder will be handled in line with BSP Pay and issuing bank procedures.
Cardholder information is handled in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose cardholder details to third parties except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.
Suspicious or high‑risk transactions may be declined or flagged for manual review.
We reserve the right to request additional verification (e.g., proof of identity or authorization) before completing a transaction.
Transactions found to be fraudulent will be reported to BSP Pay and relevant authorities.
Transaction fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
