Ask for a reset link
Give the email address or username on the account. A link is prepared for
it that works once and lapses after an hour.
For the same reason whether or not the account exists, this page answers identically either
way: whether somebody has an account here is not something a stranger may find out. This
build holds the message locally instead of sending it, so nothing arrives in a real inbox.
